I'd like to start off by saying Tabatha saved us a TON of money. We had home insurance with this company, and on renewing our auto with a different company, Tabatha was able to save us over 35% per year just on the auto by making the switch, which then also lowered our home insurance significantly by having a multi-product discount. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, was never pushy or used any kind of sales technique, and ultimately got ALL of my business. I am completely satisfied with them, and I would suggest giving them a call for a quote if your insurance just keeps randomly increasing even though you NEVER make a claim. Even after giving us a quoted price, when it came to signing, she even found us MORE discounts. Those giving 1 star obviously had a different experience than I did. Don't be dissuaded by their reviews, give them a call and find out if you can SAVE MONEY. We sure did.

So they had no problem picking up the phone when I bought my moped insurance but today as I look to buy more insurance I've called and called and i get 2 or 3 rings then i get hung up on so i drove to the office and the lady says there hasn't been any calls at all and that I need to call completely unprofessional I will be finding a new agent asap that's for sure

Would like to start by saying I’d give less then one star if possible! Emailed over a week, got a response from David Smith fairly quickly asking for pictures of certain things. So I get him the pictures and then he disappears. Don’t hear from him for a few days so I figure he must be on vacation or something so I call to see if I can get somebody else due to the fact I needed home insurance ASAP. Well after one ring Mr Smith answers and explains he had seen my email but didn’t act on it. He then tells me he’ll send it right away. Well it’s been 3-4 business days since that happened and still haven’t heard back from him even though I have emailed asking for updates. So I decided enough was enough and contacted a different insurance company and took care of it myself, and I even got a lower rate then he quoted me. Would not recommend this group to anybody at all. Terrible service and rates weren’t that good. Stanley Mutual on the other hand are GREAT!!!!

Fraudulent!!! I got two insurance policies for two different vehicles (documents in hand) and neither were ever filed with the insurance company! I drove my car for over 8 months only to find out I was un-insured the entire time. They didn't give back the money nor take the situation seriously. I am consulting a lawyer.
